For those of you living throughout the Winchester area, please join on Tuesday, November 10th, for the Artscape Banner silent auction. Original paintings, that were reproduced onto the banners that are now present on the downtown Winchester walking mall, are now for sale through silent bidding, and will also aid to benefit improvements and development in the historic downtown area.
