First Art Show Artist Applications Due on September 27th
Student Illustration Contest
First Night Winchester, is calling upon area schools and the high school students of Winchester-Frederick County, to design the program cover for our 24th celebration. The contest winner will receive a savings bond worth $100.00 and a donation to their schools art department of $100.00.
The deadline for submissions is October 16th 2010.
